FRIDAY

SloFlo Yoga is all about blending your breath with conscious movement. It is a friendly mix of Hatha Flow, Kundalini and Vinyasa yogas allowing a flow for all levels of yogis. The focus will change each week, but will be themed around breath, balance, strength and flexibility of both the mind and body.

Yin Yoga is a quiet and reflective practice working deeply with our physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies. It targets the deepest tissues of our body, the connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks.

A Yin Yoga class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that target mainly the lower body but Gina incorporates postures to stretch you from head to toe. The poses are held for up to three to five minutes allowing time for your body and mind to melt.

YOGA LIBRARY

This is a special class where you get to lie down and listen! Used for centuries as a technique to eliminate anxiety, delete stress and recharge the body, mind and soul. It is an ancient sleep-based meditation technique designed to access the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body and being are bathed in tranquility, peace and profound stillness.
